Zinc contributes to the maintenance of normal hair, nails and skin and to the protection of cells from oxidative stress. Nettle contributes to skin health. Niacin (vitamin B3) contributes to the maintenance of normal skin. Selenium contributes to the maintenance of normal hair and nails and to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.
